  • A House of Responsibility

    The trade union committee, in accordance with relevant laws and its charter, actively carries out its work. It strives to build itself into an organization that is well-structured, safeguards employees' rights effectively, remains active in its duties, and earns the employees' trust.

  • A Staff Homes

    Staff Homes are planned and constructed with facilities like Mindfulness Stations, Staff Activity Centers, Libraries, and Sports Grounds. These are regularly maintained to ensure normal operation and to enrich staff leisure and cultural life

  • A House of Democracy

    Collective contracts, pay agreements, and special protection for female employees are signed at a 100% rate.The union coordinates with local schools to solve the schooling issue for the children of migrant workers in the company, making staff in the park feel at home


  • A Home of Warmth

    The union organizes annual health check-ups for all employees, encourages various departments to conduct team-building activities, and provides timely care for employees on their birthdays, marriages, childbirths, and retirements, showing concern for their physical and mental well-being.

  • A Home of Culture

    The union actively creates clubs for table tennis, basketball, badminton, dancing, and shuttlecock kicking. It also organizes activities like long-distance walking, hiking, and ball games, helping employees to work with joy and energy.

  • A Home of Love

    Originally - minded and public - spirited, the union contributes to disaster - stricken areas by donating money and goods.It also actively participates in visiting and consoling impoverished student families and launches poverty - alleviation and agricultural assistance initiatives.

  • A Home of Learning

    Union leaders and financial officers enhance their understanding and grasp of policies by studying relevant laws and regulations, and have been actively improving union management systems. In addition, professional accountants are selected to serve as union fund auditing committee members, and fund collection, management, and usage are prioritized in the agenda.
