Recently, the Tianbao Port International Freight Yard, which was constructed with the participation of Shenzhen CASTELiTS Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CASTELiTS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong," stock code: 300213), was officially put into use. Given its unique geographical location on the China-Vietnam border, the project has received extensive coverage from central and local media, including CCTV, Xinhuanet, People's Daily Online, China News Service, China Daily, and Yunnan Daily.

The Tianbao Port is located in Tianbao Town, Malipo County, Wenshan Prefecture, Yunnan Province. It is a key national first-class port under construction in Yunnan Province and an important land route for entering Vietnam from Yunnan and connecting Southeast and South Asia. The international freight yard of Tianbao Port covers a planned area of 473.75 acres and has completed a fixed asset investment of 782 million yuan. It is one of the 10 key port construction projects in Yunnan Province in 2023 and a landmark project in the three-year action plan for port development in Yunnan Province. The entire project took three and a half years to complete, constructing port infrastructure such as the waiting area, customs supervision area, logistics area, and supporting service area, as well as comprehensive functional facilities including various designated supervision sites for inbound goods, import bonded warehouses, and cross-border e-commerce centers.

In this project, CASTELiTS took full responsibility for the professional construction of the customs informatization system and supporting equipment engineering of the Tianbao Port International Freight Yard, striving to create a landmark project for a "smart port." The company successively planned and constructed informatization supporting facilities and equipment for the Tianbao International Freight Yard, including intelligent checkpoints, "two-in-one" yards, "one-card multi-trade" systems, comprehensive and integrated inspection platforms, express dedicated channels for direct delivery, and four types of designated supervision sites for inbound goods.

In this project, CASTELiTS achieved intelligent and visualized management of freight yard operations, border mutual market primary and secondary markets, and on-site dispatch through customized information system construction; realized unified management of declarations for general trade and border mutual market trade, as well as freight yard operations, through the supporting "one-stop declaration" system; and realized full-chain intelligent supervision of goods from entry and exit to customs supervision sites through the use of regulatory facilities and equipment such as intelligent checkpoints, portal radiation detectors, and H986 container inspection systems.

The newly launched Tianbao Port International Freight Yard can provide enterprises with "one-stop" customs clearance services, achieving facilitation of approval, electronic inspection, networked information, convenient transportation, and modernization of the port. It has become the first freight yard in Yunnan Province's highway ports with the largest throughput, the first freight yard integrating inspection and border mutual market areas, the first freight yard with a direct access channel and separate import and export clearance routes, the first freight yard with full-process intelligent inspection, and the first freight yard directly connected to the domestic highway section. These multiple "firsts" mark a new step in the development of Tianbao Port and a new journey, laying a solid foundation for building Yunnan Province's frontier open gateway facing South Asia and Southeast Asia.

The Tianbao Port International Freight Yard is a key project for CASTELiTS in supporting the construction of the "Three Intelligences" (Smart Customs, Intelligent Border, and Intelligent Connectivity), and it also serves as a typical example for customs to advance "one-stop" customs clearance services. It will further empower the new development of the China-Vietnam port economy and open up broader space for Yunnan Province to achieve higher-level opening up. After the official launch of the Tianbao Port International Freight Yard, Yunnan, known as the "Land of Colorful Clouds," will integrate into the global economic system with a more open posture and take solid steps in practicing "Chinese Modernization" in Yunnan.
