On March 19, the Huawei China Partners Conference 2026 kicked off in Shenzhen. Centered around the theme "Gather to Ascend, Integrate Intelligence to Achieve," this year's conference assembled industry partners to explore new pathways for digital and intelligent transformation. Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong," stock code: 300213), as a key Huawei partner in the intelligent transportation sector, was invited to participate and deliver a keynote presentation on its "Radar-Video" Fusion Intelligent Railway Perimeter Security Protection Solution, showcasing the latest collaborative achievements between both parties in smart railways while engaging with Huawei and industry peers to discuss emerging trends in intelligent transportation.

The intelligent transportation industry has currently entered a high-speed development phase. Proactive safety assurance in operations and comprehensive risk prevention across the entire chain have become central to achieving efficient, sustainable industry growth. In railway perimeter security specifically, the inefficiencies of traditional manual inspections and limitations of physical isolation methods have grown increasingly apparent, proving inadequate for today's complex security operation and maintenance challenges.Railway lines and station surroundings present complex environments vulnerable to terrain obstructions, vegetation interference, and accidental intrusions by personnel, vehicles, and large animals. Perimeter protection systems must also adapt to day-night cycles and severe weather including rain, fog, wind, and snow—placing stringent demands on all-weather operational stability, near-zero missed detection rates, and minimal false alarms.

Addressing these industry pain points and core requirements, Li Bin, Technical Director of Jiaxun Feihong's Intelligent Transportation Business Department, presented "Multi-Sensor Fusion: Precisely Perceiving Intrusion Risks to Build New Defenses for Railway Perimeter Security" during the open keynote session. His presentation analyzed current industry challenges and technical hurdles in depth, systematically introducing the company's intelligent railway safety monitoring solutions and practical achievements—providing core concepts and implementation pathways for building comprehensive, intelligent railway security systems.

Jiaxun Feihong's solution covers three core scenarios: railway natural disaster monitoring and early warning, perimeter security protection, and intelligent flood prevention for conventional-speed railways. Built around "front-end perception, intelligent analysis, and unified early warning," the integrated prevention and control system leverages video, radar, and multi-sensor collaboration to promptly identify risks including personnel intrusion, animal entry, slope anomalies, and flood/debris flows—enabling rapid alerts, coordinated response, and full-process traceability. Compared to manual inspections, this solution offers broader coverage, higher accuracy, and faster response while effectively reducing false alarms and missed detections.

The "Radar-Video" Fusion Intelligent Railway Perimeter Security Protection Solution, jointly developed with Huawei, represented the presentation's centerpiece. This solution deeply integrates Jiaxun Feihong's mature video-cloud platform with Huawei's advanced edge intelligence technology. Front-end millimeter-wave radar and video fusion perception devices create an end-edge-cloud collaborative, network-wide intelligent perimeter protection system delivering all-weather, long-distance real-time target recognition and advance warning. Multi-dimensional fusion pattern recognition algorithms and deep neural anti-interference algorithms technically achieve "zero" missed detection with extremely low false alarm rates, ensuring high availability under complex conditions while precisely and efficiently controlling various perimeter intrusion risks.

Already deployed in multiple domestic pilot projects, the solution was jointly launched at the open presentation area by Jiaxun Feihong alongside Fang Hailin (Product Director) and Jin Jiajun (Industry Director) from Huawei's Digital Site Corps. This demonstrates not only Jiaxun Feihong's industry capabilities and scenario-based achievements but also signals evolution from technical collaboration toward deeper market application and ecosystem co-construction—laying groundwork for expanded transportation sector cooperation.

This appearance at Huawei China Partners Conference 2026 concentratedly showcased joint innovative achievements while underscoring both parties' confidence and direction in deepening smart transportation collaboration. Moving forward, they will continue strengthening coordination around perimeter security, multi-sensor fusion perception, and video intelligent analysis technologies—exploring additional smart transportation scenarios to deliver more intelligent, efficient, and reliable security solutions for railways and the broader transportation industry.
