Jiaxun Feihong Becomes One of the First Batch of Signing Partner Enterprises! The National Railway Innovation Research Institute was officially inaugurated in Chongqing.

On November 7th, the National Railway Innovation Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as "the Institute"), jointly established by the Equipment Technology Center of the National Railway Administration, Beijing Jiaotong University, and the Yongchuan District Government of Chongqing, was officially inaugurated in Chongqing. The Institute features a platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, a certification center for rail transit, a testing center for rail transit, and a 5G dedicated mobile communication laboratory. It aims to become a testing ground for railway system reform and the preferred destination for the transformation of railway scientific and technological achievements. The Institute also seeks to promote the "four-network integration" of railways and aspires to be built into a national railway technology innovation center and an internationally influential railway research institution within five years.

At the event venue, Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong," stock code: 300213) and nine other companies became the first batch of strategic cooperation signing enterprises with the Institute. They aim to join hands with advantageous industry resources to tackle technical bottlenecks and jointly promote the innovation and upgrading of China's railway industry. Lin Jing, Chairman and CEO of Jiaxun Feihong, and Liu Wenhong, co-founder of Jiaxun Feihong and Chairman of Beijing Feihong Cloud Technology Co., Ltd. (a Jiaxun Feihong's associated company), attended the event.

In the construction plan of the Institute, the platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements will follow the principles of "government guidance, market operation, joint construction by multiple parties, and open cooperation." Relying on the "Institute + Fund + Industrial Park" model, it will integrate resources from central ministries, universities, research institutions, and local governments to carry out collaborative innovation among government, industry, academia, and users. This will create a smooth pathway for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements, including project selection, concept validation, pilot testing, product launch, and company formation. It aims to incubate and land a batch of "hard technology, high-growth" companies, accelerating the agglomeration and development of rail transit equipment industry.

Jiaxun Feihong's selection as one of the first batch of signing enterprises with the Institute is, on the one hand, a high recognition of the company's development prospects and innovation capabilities, and on the other hand, it stems from the company's relentless efforts in technological innovation within the industry over the years. Particularly in the application of cutting-edge technologies such as railway 5G private networks and BeiDou+, the company has closely followed the technological evolution path of the railway industry, actively participating in the formulation of relevant standards and the R&D investment of related technology products. In recent years, focusing on railway business scenarios such as train control and command dispatch, and based on years of accumulated railway dedicated communication technology, Jiaxun Feihong has taken the lead in developing key technology products for 5G private network application scenarios and actively innovating 5G private network application solutions.

In terms of technological integration and innovation, the "5G Smart Guangtie" project, in which Jiaxun Feihong participated, has leveraged the innovative application of 5G + BeiDou technology in railway marshalling stations to help Guangtie Group's Jiangcun Railway Marshalling Station build the first 5G-based railway station visualization and management platform in the industry. This has achieved efficient integration of emerging technologies with railway operations, resulting in optimized transportation service quality, enhanced safety levels, improved organizational efficiency, cost reduction, and increased operational benefits, thus supporting the digital and intelligent transformation of the railway industry.

In June of this year, Feihong Cloud collaborated with the Communication Technology Branch of State Energy Xinshuo Railway to establish the "Joint Innovation Laboratory for Heavy Haul Railway BeiDou Technology Application." This center deeply integrates BeiDou with emerging technologies such as big data, the Internet of Things, and artificial intelligence, and focuses on innovative pilots for heavy haul railway safety production scenarios. It has developed a series of "BeiDou+" and "+BeiDou" applications with promotional value, supporting the digital transformation and upgrading of railways.

The key pathway to this integration is translating scientific achievements into practical applications, ensuring these innovations are effectively implemented in industrial sectors and developed through industrial mechanisms. As a comprehensive provider of smart command and dispatch solutions across the entire industry chain, Jiaxunfeihong will collaborate with research institutes and industry partners to deepen discussions and cooperation in railway technology innovation fields such as 5G, BeiDou Navigation Satellite System, Internet of Things, big data, and artificial intelligence.
