Companion on the Journey, Deepening Collaboration | Huawei Intelligent Transportation Corps Empowers Jiaxun Feihong to Explore New Ideas for Intelligent Operations and Maintenance
On April 17, in order to further implement the exchange of intelligent operation and maintenance (O&M) business, deepen the business cooperation between the two parties, and jointly explore the enhancement of digital and intelligent solution capabilities, Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei") Intelligent Transportation Corps visited Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong") to conduct the "Companion on the Journey·Jiaxun Feihong" industry O&M and auxiliary operation business exchange and cooperation discussion.
This event aims to conduct in-depth discussions around core issues such as technological integration, scenario innovation, and ecosystem co-construction. It seeks to consolidate advantageous resources to form a two-way empowerment, actively explore future cooperation models, and promote joint capability building and growth between the two parties, thereby empowering the high-quality development of the transportation industry together.
Participants in this discussion and exchange included Dong Fangshuo, Vice President of Huawei Intelligent Transportation Corps; Guo Jing, Director of Rail Industry Cooperation for the Intelligent Transportation Corps; relevant expert lecturers in the fields of CT, IT, and auxiliary operations; Yu Yong, Executive Vice President of Jiaxun Feihong; Chen Shu, Dean of the Intelligent Technology Research Institute; Chen Fupeng, General Manager of the Transportation Business Unit; Zhang Junwu, General Manager of the Market and Technical Support Center and Head of the Transportation Market Department of the Transportation Business Unit; and Liu Chuanxi, General Manager of the Customer Service Center of the Transportation Business Unit. This event, conducted through a combination of online and offline interaction, ensured broad participation and efficient progress in the discussion and exchange.
Currently, China's transportation sector is at a critical stage of digital and intelligent transformation. With the continuous expansion and intelligent upgrading of the railway system, factors such as the complexity, large quantity, and wide distribution of equipment types have all put higher demands on routine operation and maintenance (O&M) work.
Faced with the challenges of low O&M efficiency, data silos and insufficient collaboration, cost and resource waste, and technical adaptation difficulties that exist in traditional O&M methods, there is an urgent need to leverage technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data. This will enable iterative upgrades in O&M methods from "reactive response" to "proactive prevention" and "intelligent decision-making" in areas such as multi-disciplinary integration and collaboration, predictive maintenance and intelligent diagnosis, data-driven decision optimization, emergency response and resilience enhancement, and green, low-carbon, and energy-efficient improvements.
At this seminar, leaders from Jiaxun Feihong and Huawei's relevant business fields shared their practices and insights in the field of intelligent operations and maintenance (O&M). The agenda included introductions to Huawei's CT O&M platform, IT O&M platform, auxiliary operation platform, and the Maya Railway Perimeter Protection Project. It also covered Jiaxun Feihong's digital and intelligent solutions for equipment O&M management, innovative practices in the CT O&M field, and successful case studies of helping industry customers improve quality and efficiency. Additionally, both parties engaged in targeted cooperation discussions based on technical challenges faced in their respective practices and pain points of industry customer needs. Through technology empowerment and joint innovation, they aimed to enhance partners' service capabilities and seek better solutions.
Jiaxun Feihong highlighted its four major capability quadrants in intelligent O&M:
Equipment Lifecycle Information Management: Integrated maintenance information for multi-disciplinary equipment, normalized management of assets, facilities, and equipment, and digitalized tag management for facilities and equipment.
Preventive Equipment O&M Management: Automatic generation of annual and monthly O&M plans, alarm triggering from monitoring and detection, anomaly triggering from instrument results, and integration with external systems.
Standardized Safety Production Management: Communication support for collaborative operations, trajectory recording of operational processes, full-process risk warnings, standard control of operational procedures, automatic evaluation of operational quality, and focused supervision of high-risk operations.
Condition Perception and Health Management for Trackside Equipment of "Work, Power, and Supply": Condition monitoring, failure early warning, trend analysis and prediction, condition diagnosis, auxiliary maintenance guidance, and health assessment.
Huawei shared its deep integration of full-stack technical capabilities and industry digital transformation needs, showcasing its extensive experience in IT (Information Technology) and CT (Communication Technology) intelligent O&M. Focusing on achieving digital perception of risks and hidden dangers, intelligent handling of failures, and smart O&M, Huawei fully leverages AI capabilities and CT experience. It provides multiple O&M application scenarios, including unified monitoring of failures on a single map, early detection of failures, intelligent diagnosis, and repair suggestions. Huawei offers a full-lifecycle intelligent O&M solution from infrastructure to business operations, helping to drive the digital and intelligent transformation of ICT O&M from "reactive maintenance" to "proactive intelligent maintenance," enabling customers to reduce costs and increase efficiency in their O&M operations.
As long - standing and closely - knit strategic partners, Jiaxun Feihong and Huawei have forged a complementary relationship where Jiaxun Feihong's scenario - based capabilities in the transportation sector mesh perfectly with Huawei's technological strengths. By leveraging Huawei's superior core algorithms and robust hardware and software platform capabilities, and integrating Jiaxun Feihong's high - quality products and solutions such as intelligent dispatching and perimeter intrusion alarm systems, the two parties have already launched in - depth cooperation in railway projects in countries like Indonesia and Mexico. Together, they are venturing overseas to bolster the intelligent construction of foreign railways.

The successful hosting of this seminar and exchange meeting is another important practice of Jiaxun Feihong's collaboration with Huawei's Intelligent Transportation Corps in actively seeking technological integration and innovative cooperation, forming a positive two-way empowerment effect. In the future, both parties will also focus on the industry's urgent need for automated and intelligent O&M. On one hand, they will rely on the advantages of the efficient and open intelligent O&M platform built based on Huawei's underlying technical architecture to provide a broader space for scenario innovation. On the other hand, they will integrate the large amount of scenario-based O&M data and practical experience accumulated by Jiaxun Feihong through years of industry focus, enabling multi-scenario O&M service capabilities from equipment monitoring, fault diagnosis to safe production. This will make the implementation of technology more in line with industry pain points. Ultimately, both parties will achieve in-depth complementary and collaborative innovation of their intelligent O&M capabilities. Based on the multi-driven cooperation model of "technology + scenario + service," they will jointly build a benchmark for "all-day, all-scenario, and fully intelligent" O&M guarantee services.
