Jiaxun Feihong's Wholly-Owned Subsidiary, Liu Jie Technology, Leads the Group Standard Display at the Metropolitan (Suburban) Railway Standard Promotion Meeting

In recent years, with the continuous development of urban agglomerations and metropolitan circles in China, especially against the backdrop of the implementation of national regional strategies, the need for the "integration of the four networks"—namely, the trunk railways, intercity railways, metropolitan (suburban) railways, and urban rail transit—has become increasingly urgent. In particular, the seamless connectivity and integrated development between subways, intercity railways, and metropolitan (suburban) railways are of great importance. The ultimate goal is to achieve seamless connections among various modes of transportation, making travel more convenient for the public and better serving the economic and social development of the regions

However, due to issues such as non-uniform systems, non-uniform standards, and inconsistent management between subways and railways, there are still some bottlenecks and pain points in the "hard connectivity" of infrastructure and the "soft connectivity" of rules and standards in urban rail transit. The regulation and formulation of relevant standards are of great significance.

Recently, the "Metropolitan (Suburban) Railway Standard Promotion Meeting," jointly organized by the Railway Industry Electrical Equipment and Systems Standardization Technical Committee's Communication and Signal Subcommittee (hereinafter referred to as the "Railway Communication and Signal Subcommittee") and the Railway Satellite and New Technology Application Professional Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Railway Satellite and New Technology Committee") under the guidance of the National Railway Administration, was held in Beijing.

This promotion meeting launched nine important standards, covering core areas such as train control and communication. Among them is the group standard "Technical Conditions for On-Board Communication Equipment Compatible with Urban Rail Transit and Railway Cross-Line Operations" (T/VSTR024-2024), which was led by Beijing Liu Jie Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Liu Jie Technology"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong," stock code: 300213).

This grand gathering, which brought together industry elites, called for the participation of nearly a hundred units and representatives from the industry. As an important participant, Liu Jie Technology demonstrated strong technical capabilities and a sense of industry responsibility at the meeting.

Wang Tao, Deputy Director of the Department of Science, Technology, and Legal Affairs of the National Railway Administration, was present at the scene to provide guidance. He clearly pointed out the significant importance of the standard system construction of metropolitan (suburban) railways for promoting the healthy development of the industry and expected all units to actively implement the standards to drive industry progress through innovation. Liu Ling, Secretary-General of the Railway Communication and Signal Subcommittee, and Li Guobin, a senior expert from the Railway Satellite and New Technology Committee, also expressed their gratitude to all parties in their speeches and emphasized the key role of standard construction in the development of railway communication and signaling.

The group standard led by Liu Jie Technology, "Technical Conditions for On-Board Communication Equipment Compatible with Urban Rail Transit and Railway Cross-Line Operations" (T/VSTR 024-2024), is a response to the "integration of the four networks" strategic deployment by the National Railway Administration and is tailored to the actual needs of metropolitan (suburban) railways. Against this backdrop, it proposes technical requirements for on-board communication equipment that supports both urban rail and railway dispatch communication services, based on the scenario of trains operating across urban rail and railway lines.

The standard stipulates the composition, functional requirements, performance requirements, structural and hardware requirements, interface requirements, and operational interface display requirements of on-board communication equipment that is compatible with urban rail transit vehicle cluster terminals and locomotive integrated wireless communication devices. It provides technical guidance for offering advanced, interconnected, efficient, and reliable dispatch communication system equipment, starting from the actual needs of transportation organization and construction management of metropolitan (suburban) railways.

The debut of the group standard led by Liu Jie Technology at the promotion meeting is not only a concentrated display of the company's technical achievements but also highlights its firm determination and significant position in promoting the standardization and intelligent development of the metropolitan (suburban) railway industry. In the future, Liu Jie Technology will continue to delve into technology research and development and join hands with industry peers to contribute more to the construction of metropolitan (suburban) railways with high standards and strict requirements.
