The Hong Kong International Airport Dongguan Airport Center is located in Shatian Town, Dongguan City. As the world's first cross-border sea-air intermodal project with direct access to airport airside, it innovatively pioneers the pre-positioning of cross-border security checks across Mainland China and Hong Kong customs zones, achieving both "soft connectivity" in rules and mechanisms and "hard connectivity" in infrastructure. The project has been selected as one of the first batch of typical cases for rule alignment and mechanism integration in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

Covering the entire Phase I scope of the Airport Center (including terminals, air cargo stations, freight forwarder warehouses, integrated buildings, customs office buildings, etc.), this project aims to design and construct a multi-dimensional intelligent system spanning customs supervision, park operations, and logistics dispatch, focusing on four major components:

01 Smart Park Management System (PTMS)

Centered on intelligent traffic dispatch, it integrates vehicle appointment scheduling, intelligent gate control, dynamic dock allocation, real-time vehicle tracking, and other functions, enabling efficient coordination of park resources and seamless linkage with customs information to comprehensively improve logistics operational efficiency and supervision transparency.

02 Smart Customs Supervision System

Establishes a high-performance customs-dedicated network and supporting IT infrastructure, deploying an integrated intelligent customs clearance system (featuring automatic license plate recognition, container number identification, and automated container damage inspection) to achieve rapid customs clearance and automatic release while ensuring both rigorous supervision and convenient clearance.

03 Full-Scenario Weak Current Intelligence System

Integrates over 20 subsystems including video security, intelligent access control, building automation, multimedia information distribution, and smart energy management to create a digital neural center for the smart park with full-area perception, unified command, and controllable management.

04 Digital Platform and Network Infrastructure

Constructs a converged communication network system covering production, office, and security operations, and builds a unified digital platform based on cloud computing and IoT technology to enable centralized deployment of business systems, data interoperability, and elastic resource scheduling, providing a sustainable and scalable technical foundation for smart operations.
