Recently, Shenzhen CASTELiTS Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "CASTELiTS"), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electrical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong," stock code: 300213), successfully secured the 2024 Border Trade Supervision Application Optimization and Improvement Procurement Project for the National Customs Information Center. The successful acquisition of this project is an endorsement of CASTELiTS's innovation capabilities and technical strength by the relevant departments of the General Administration of Customs, and it further highlights CASTELiTS's prominent advantages in the field of information construction for border trade.

With the development of China's foreign trade, border trade activities have become increasingly frequent, and border trade has come to play an increasingly important role in China's foreign trade. To ensure effective customs supervision and the safety and convenience of border trade, in 2018, the National Customs Information Center took the lead in developing the Border Trade Management System (hereinafter referred to as the "GAC Unified Border Trade System"), which was contracted to Hightech Intelligent for construction. This system provides a data entry and declaration portal for shop owners in border areas and border residents/tourists, and offers customs supervision functions such as document review, release, and risk prevention. It has realized the informatization and intelligence of unified supervision standards and models for border trade across the country. The GAC Unified Border Trade System was deployed and launched in June 2019. Currently, the system is widely used in nine direct customs areas in eight border provinces and regions along China's border, covering nearly a hundred border trade zones (points). It plays an active role in promoting regional economic development and enriching the border areas.

The optimization and improvement of this border trade supervision application mainly include expanding the business scope of border residents, border mutual aid groups, and processing enterprises, further standardizing the declaration of inbound and outbound, import and export, and improving the operation and handling of risk deployment and inspection management links. It also includes new data sharing with the State Taxation Administration and the realization of interconnection with the inbound animals and plants approval system, the prohibition and restriction management certificate system, and the laboratory management system. The optimization and improvement of the supervision application system will further enrich the application scope of the GAC Unified Border Trade System. It will play a positive role in implementing the construction requirements of smart customs and accelerating the data sharing and interconnection between the General Administration of Customs and the State Taxation Administration.

In recent years, CASTELiTS has successively participated in the information construction of border trade places in Harbin, Dalian, Manzhouli, Hohhot, Nanning, and Kunming customs areas. It has actively responded to the needs of local governments and operating enterprises, continuously innovated application scenarios, and launched a series of innovative and characteristic services that meet local characteristics and optimize customs supervision. It has achieved the organic unity of effective supervision and efficient operation of border trade markets, winning a good market reputation.

Currently, the General Administration of Customs is working on the revision of the "Administrative Measures for Border Trade." This revision aims to provide positive policy support for the innovative development of border trade and the expansion of development and opening up along the borders. CASTELiTS will seize this opportunity to fully cooperate with the National Customs Information Center in optimizing and improving the supervision application of the border trade system. This will make border trade more standardized and intelligent, adapting to the constantly evolving business models and market demands, continuously empowering the development of border trade and supporting local economic development.

In the future, CASTELiTS will continue to focus on the field of smart customs, constantly innovate and optimize its products and services, and contribute more wisdom and strength to promoting the prosperity and development of China's foreign trade.
