Recently, Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Jiaxun Feihong,” stock code: 300213) has successively received precious commendation letters from China Railway Bureau Group Co., Ltd. In the letters, the company's project personnel were highly praised and thanked for their dedication and strong support during the participation in the upgrade and transformation projects of the conventional-speed video platform, emergency command system, and dispatching equipment.

During the upgrade and transformation process of a railway bureau's conventional-speed video platform, facing the arduous task of upgrading over 4,000 hard disk recorders, more than 16,000 cameras, and over 80 client terminals, Liu Chuanxi, General Manager of the Transportation Business Unit's Customer Service Center at Jiaxun Feihong, led team members Wang Bing, Wang Zhiwei, and others to work collaboratively. They meticulously checked and handled each fault, every recorder, and every camera to ensure the upgrade was completed within the stipulated time, addressing a large number of functional requirements for the client.

Zhang Kai, Xie Qiaojian, Li Guanshun, and other members of the R&D team from Jiaxun Feihong's Changsha R&D Center of the Transportation Business Unit provided strong technical support. They responded positively to demands at any time and worked with the on-site team to solve problems, making significant contributions to the successful delivery of the project. Moreover, after the new platform system was put into use, both the on-site personnel and the R&D team continued to provide uninterrupted support for functional optimization and system maintenance.

During the upgrade and transformation process of the emergency command system of a railway bureau group company, in the face of the severe challenge of tight schedule and heavy tasks, the relevant project personnel of Jiaxun Feihong did not shrink back but moved forward to meet the difficulties. Zhang Yansong, the manager of the Engineering Department of the Customer Service Center of the Transportation Business Unit of Jiaxun Feihong, led three colleagues, Wen Zijian, Bao Haiquan, and Zhang Zhongbo, to quickly complete the work of requirement decomposition and business docking, actively coordinate with relevant manufacturers and promote project progress, and avoid risks in advance through repeated verification, early backup, and continuous requirement verification.

After understanding the project requirements, Yu Youfa, the product research and development project manager of Jiaxun Feihong, immediately led several developers, including Cao Yu, Tang Feng, Chen Zhixuan, Zeng Xin, and He Yu, to start the software development work. In order to ensure the project is delivered on schedule, they also provided timely support for version upgrades and problem handling for on-site engineering personnel on rest days and late at night, and completed system optimization in multiple dimensions in a short time. In addition, after the system was put into use, the project team also continued to provide uninterrupted support for function optimization and system maintenance, and made every effort to ensure the project was successfully delivered to the last moment.

Thanks to the efforts of the project team, a dedicated communication channel was established for the emergency command center, on-site personnel for specific disposal, and emergency experts of the railway bureau client, extending the command of the emergency command center directly to the most terminal node of emergency disposal and maximizing the efficiency of emergency disposal.

During the process of updating and transforming the dispatching equipment of a railway bureau, Zhang Yansong, the manager of the Engineering Department of the Customer Service Center of the Transportation Business Unit of Jiaxun Feihong, carried out project decomposition in advance, assigned dedicated personnel to monitor the project, and advanced each item progressively. Despite the limited window time for on-site machine room construction, the dispersed work points, and the insufficient communication coordination personnel, the company's project engineering staff, considering the actual situation of the maintenance work of the line section, reasonably allocated construction time, optimized construction locations, and actively coordinated communication personnel at each station, ensuring that the equipment along the entire line was activated before the summer transportation season.

Furthermore, to complete the expansion, wiring check, and debugging of the dispatching main system equipment, Wang Bing and Wang Zhiwei, engineers from the Customer Service Center of the Transportation Business Unit of Jiaxun Feihong, were stationed at the dispatching center of the line section. They checked the board status station by station, planned the networking reasonably, and meticulously verified the old and new data, making great efforts for the activation of the new system. Thanks to the joint efforts of all project personnel, the dispatching equipment was installed and officially activated in an extremely short period of time.
