Huawei’s Railway Intelligentization Corps Visits Jiaxun Feihong for Collaboration Exchange and Discussion

On August 19, Ms. Zuo Meng, President of the Railway Intelligentization Corps of Huawei Technologies Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Huawei"), led a delegation to Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong") for an exchange and discussion. They were warmly received by Mr. Lin Jing, Chairman and President of Jiaxun Feihong, and Mr. She Yu Yong, Executive Vice President. The two parties held in-depth exchanges and discussions on cooperation in areas such as marketing, joint solution development, and ecosystem empowerment.

During the site tour, the delegation gained a comprehensive understanding of the company's development history, key clients, and honors received. They attended live demonstrations and detailed explanations of our core products and solutions, which gave them a more intuitive and profound appreciation of our independent R&D capabilities and extensive industry expertise.
During the symposium, Mr. Lin Jing, Chairman and President of Jiaxun Feihong, extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Huawei's Railway Intelligentization Corps. He reviewed the long-standing cooperative relationship between the two companies, highlighted the achievements made over the years, and expressed his anticipation for further deepening the collaboration.
He noted that since their initial collaboration on the GSM-R application demonstration line for the Daqin Heavy-haul Railway in 2006, Jiaxun Feihong and Huawei have maintained a close partnership for nearly two decades. This enduring alliance, he emphasized, is rooted not only in shared business objectives but also in a mutual commitment to a common vision and values.
Looking ahead, Mr. Lin expressed confidence that the integration of Huawei's robust technological foundation, global market reach, and excellence in market strategy and solution planning with Jiaxun Feihong's deep industry expertise, independent R&D capabilities, and strengths in scenario application and customized solutions will spark further innovation and create new opportunities. He particularly highlighted the potential for joint development and pilot projects in areas such as dispatch communications and intelligent analytics.

Mr. Zuo Meng, President of Huawei's Railway Intelligentization Corps, stated that Huawei has long leveraged its extensive ICT expertise to achieve significant success in both carrier and enterprise markets. He expressed the company's commitment to further immerse itself in industry-specific scenarios, utilizing new digital and intelligent technologies to address critical challenges faced by industrial clients.
He highlighted the vast potential for digital and intelligent transformation in the rail transit sector, noting that many innovative applications of new technologies remain in the exploratory phase—particularly in areas such as 5G broadband adoption, industry cloud migration, and intelligent solutions. These domains present substantial opportunities, he emphasized, necessitating closer collaboration with partners to develop comprehensive and multi-dimensional solutions.
The establishment of the Railway Intelligentization Corps, Mr. Zuo explained, reflects Huawei’s strategy to join forces with leading industry partners, combining strengths and enabling mutual growth. By focusing on customers' scenario-specific challenges, the Corps aims to identify new opportunities and create highly adaptive and differentiated solutions.
Looking forward, he voiced his hope to strengthen collaboration with Jiaxun Feihong in market expansion and solution development, enhancing mutual support and co-creating advanced systems—with a particular focus on increasing their footprint in overseas markets.
Mr. Zhang Junwu, General Manager of the Marketing and Technical Support Center at Jiaxun Feihong's Transportation Business Division, provided a detailed overview of the company's business scope, industry experience, development history, technological innovation, and service capabilities. He reviewed the notable achievements in the collaboration between Jiaxun Feihong and Huawei, including joint product and solution development as well as domestic and international projects. Additionally, he offered a comprehensive introduction to the key cooperative initiatives currently being advanced by both parties.
The visiting delegation expressed strong agreement on maintaining a close ecosystem partnership moving forward. Consensus was reached on multiple fronts, including collaborative R&D of solutions, sharing of market resources, replication of successful solutions in overseas markets, and accelerated project implementation. Through a cooperative model characterized by synergistic innovation and complementary strengths, both sides aim to enhance their market competitiveness and develop replicable, exemplary use cases for customers across more specialized scenarios, thereby creating greater value together.

Currently, China's transportation industry is navigating a critical phase of digital and intelligent transformation. The technological wave led by large AI models, in particular, is steering the sector toward a transformative inflection point. Moreover, with the launch of the second golden decade of the Belt and Road Initiative, rail infrastructure—serving as a "hard interface" for connectivity—has become a key pathway for Chinese technology enterprises expanding globally.
Against this backdrop, Jiaxun Feihong and Huawei are not only fellow travelers on the path of industrial digitalization and intelligentization, but also close partners and pioneers, moving forward side by side.
This exchange symposium reflects the increasingly close collaboration between Jiaxun Feihong and Huawei in recent years. Together, the two sides have developed industry-leading solutions—such as the intelligent railway FRMCS solution—for critical domains including railway dispatch command, intelligent maintenance, and safety monitoring. These joint solutions are already delivering enhanced efficiency and quality in a growing number of domestic and international projects.
Looking ahead, Jiaxun Feihong will continue to work closely with Huawei to pursue deeper collaboration and exploratory pilots in the field of intelligent rail transit, aiming to capture further market opportunities together.
