Recently, the VCS8800 Voice Communication Switching System, independently developed by Beijing Jiaxun Intelligent Navigation Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Intelligent Navigation"), a holding subsidiary of Beijing Jiaxun Feihong Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Jiaxun Feihong", stock code: 300213), has officially received the "Civil Aviation Air Traffic Communication, Navigation and Surveillance Equipment Use License" issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China (CAAC).

The voice communication switching system serves as the "nerve center" for transmitting instructions between air traffic controllers and pilots. Its reliability is directly linked to flight safety, and the stringent certification standards are self-evident, making the localization and domestic substitution an urgent priority.

Addressing the localization needs in this critical field, Jiaxun Intelligent Navigation adheres to the dual-independent approach of "independent R&D and production + independent intellectual property rights," devoting itself to tackling key technical challenges to launch the VCS8800 Voice Communication Switching System. The system adopts a soft-switch architecture with fully autonomous and controllable key components, achieving system availability of over 99.999%. It fully meets China's civil aviation VoIP-related technical standards, has completed IT application innovation (Xinchuang) adaptation, and all performance indicators comprehensively satisfy the high-standard communication requirements of civil aviation.

While completing the certification testing for the regulatory authority, the R&D team of Jiaxun Intelligent Navigation also independently developed supporting testing tools and software. Relying on a specially built civil aviation laboratory to construct a large-scale testing system, they conducted long-term automated testing focusing on key items such as system reliability and voice technical indicators, providing sufficient technical support for the product to successfully pass the CAAC's rigorous review.
